By creating an EEX account or using our logistics marketplace, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and must provide accurate, current account information.
EEX connects shippers with independent drivers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, EEX is not the shipper, cargo owner, carrier, employer or agent of either user. Each user decides whether to enter a delivery arrangement.
Shippers must accurately describe the cargo, locations, contacts, timing, handling requirements and offered price. Shippers are responsible for lawful cargo, safe packaging and all documents required for transport. Illegal, stolen, dangerous or incorrectly declared goods are prohibited.
Drivers must maintain valid licenses, permits, insurance and a roadworthy vehicle. Drivers must operate safely, protect accepted cargo, keep trip status accurate and follow applicable transport and road laws.
A load is assigned when an offer or acceptance is confirmed. Users should review all details before confirming. During the pilot phase, payment is cash on delivery unless EEX clearly states otherwise.
Active-trip location, ETA and distance may be shared with authorized users. This information is an estimate and can be affected by connectivity, GPS, traffic or third-party services such as Google Maps, Waze and WhatsApp.
Users must not submit false information, misuse accounts, manipulate offers or tracking, threaten others, interfere with security, transport prohibited cargo or use EEX for unlawful activity.
EEX may suspend access for safety, verification, misuse or legal reasons. Services are provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, EEX is not responsible for indirect losses, user conduct, cargo condition, road events or failures of third-party services.
We may update these terms as EEX develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions may be sent through the official EEX support channel.
Your data, treated responsibly

EEX may collect your name, mobile number, optional email, password, preferred language and account activity. Shipper information can include company, pickup, delivery and cargo details. Driver information can include identity, profile, vehicle, registration, plate and approval details.
We use information to create and secure accounts, approve drivers, match loads, manage offers and trips, provide navigation and tracking, send operational notifications, prevent misuse, provide support and improve EEX.
During an active trip, EEX may collect a driver’s precise GPS location approximately every 10 seconds. Location can be shown to the shipper, EEX administrators and authorized tracking-link viewers. Live collection ends when the trip is completed or permission is disabled.
Drivers and shippers receive the contact and trip information needed to complete a delivery. We may use service providers for hosting, maps, authentication, notifications and support. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users. EEX does not sell personal information.
Information is kept as long as reasonably necessary to operate EEX, maintain trip records, resolve disputes and satisfy legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
You may update profile information, manage device permissions and request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Some information may be retained when required for legal, security or record-keeping purposes.
Google Maps, Waze, WhatsApp and other external services have their own privacy policies. EEX is not responsible for how those third parties handle information.
